RIGHT TO KNOW
The Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law provides the public with access to many records maintained by local governments, while recognizing that certain records are exempt from disclosure under state law.
If you would like to request public records from Yardley Borough, please review the Right-to-Know Request Instructions before completing the Right-to-Know Request Form. Following the instructions and providing a clear description of the records you are seeking will help ensure your request is processed as efficiently as possible.
Please note that the Right-to-Know Law applies to requests for existing public records. It does not require the Borough to create new records or compile information that does not already exist.

FILE A COMPLAINT
Yardley Borough is committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming community. If you believe a Borough ordinance, property maintenance standard, or other local regulation has been violated, you may submit a complaint for review.
Please complete the Complaint Formwith as much detail as possible, including the location of the concern, a description of the issue, and any relevant supporting information. Providing complete and accurate information helps Borough staff investigate your complaint more efficiently.
After your complaint is received, it will be reviewed and routed to the appropriate Borough department or official for investigation and any necessary follow-up. Submission of a complaint does not guarantee immediate enforcement action, but every complaint is reviewed in accordance with applicable Borough ordinances and procedures.
