While Business Registration is required by Borough ordinance, it is important to note that this registration does not satisfy any federal, state, or county licensing, tax, or regulatory requirements that may apply to your business. It simply registers your business with Yardley Borough so we have current contact information and can better serve our local business community.

Celebrating Your Grand Opening

Opening a new business? We'd love to help you celebrate!

The Mayor and Borough officials are happy to attend grand openings, ribbon cuttings, and other business launch events. Upon request, we'll also invite representatives from the Yardley Business Association, state and federal legislative offices, and appropriate Borough staff.

Simply email the Borough Manager with your event date, time, and location. We'll take care of the invitations—and yes, we'll bring the oversized scissors and ribbon!

Business Signage

Planning to install signage for your business? Most permanent signs require a Sign Permit, and temporary sidewalk signage may require an A-Frame Sign Permit. Be sure to obtain the appropriate approvals before installing your signage to ensure compliance with Borough regulations.
